PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING

CANCELLATION / CHANGE OF APPOINTMENT POLICY

We do not charge a booking fee however if you reschedule or cancel your appointment within the 24 hour time frame, you will be charged a $50 non-refundable fee. If you continuously cancel or change your appointment last minute you will be asked to pre pay.

LATE POLICY

Please arrive to your appointment on time. If we are with a client please ring the doorbell, come in and take a seat. We will be with you shortly. If you are more than 15 minute late to your appointment and you are wanting dermal filler, we will need to reschedule your appointment.

NO SHOW POLICY

If you no show for your scheduled appointment you will be charged a $50 fee and you will be required to pay the remaining of the appointment fee. To book any future appointments you will be asked to pay in full prior to your appointment.

PAYMENTS

You can make payments at Finesse Face & Beauty via cash, debit card, bank transfer, Afterpay, Zippay or a gift card. Note a small transaction fee is applied if you’r using Afterpay or Zippay.

ARRIVING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please arrive to your appointment with no make up on, this is extremely important as we will be penetrating the skin and want to minimise any risk of infection. Please ensure you are not currently pregnant or breast feeding.

COVID POLICY

If you are feeling unwell at all or suffering from any cold and flu symptoms, fever, runny nose please reschedule your appointment. We have the right to refuse treatment for anyone we believe is unwell. Please ensure you don’t have the Covid-19 vaccine booked in 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after having any treatment, this is especially important if you plan on having dermal filler.

RIGHT TO REFUSE

We have the right to refuse treatment for anyone who we believe is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, mentally unwell, showing aggressive behaviour towards us or we generally do not believe the treatment will benefit them.

LOCATION

We are located at 8 Barter Avenue, Holland Park in Brisbane. We are located inside the Brisbane Beauty Collective. There is on site parking available and also lots of street parking.
